I’m Sherild Sanfeliz, a professional coach with a background in organizational transformation, Agile environments, and leadership development.
My career spans more than two decades and began in highly technical roles before evolving into leadership, change management, and executive coaching. I’ve worked within complex organizations and partnered with leaders at different levels, supporting growth, adaptability, and sustainable transformation.
What has remained consistent throughout my journey is a strong belief that lasting change must honor the human side of work. Titles, frameworks, and strategies matter — but people matter more.
