Gracias por todo el coaching recibido. Hoy mi forma de trabajar es mucho más estructurada: con planes de acción, documentación clara, la capacidad de expresar simpatía de manera adecuada y de mantener accountability en cada interacción. He comprendido que necesito trabajar de esta manera, ya que ahora no podría volver atrás sabiendo lo mucho más eficiente, claro y certero que resulta.  He desarrollado un mindset distinto, uno que solo se adquiere con tiempo, experiencia y exposición a diferentes escenarios. Esto permite aprender a manejarlos de la mejor forma posible. Reconozco que al inicio es un proceso que requiere esfuerzo y adaptación, pero es también un paso necesario para seguir creciendo profesional y personalmente.

I have known Sherild for over a year and I have been consistently impressed with her abilities, attitude and productivity during this time. She facilitated various IT projects and acted as a liaison for other departments.  As a Scrum Master always came prepared, has excellent communication skills, listened to the team, responded appropriately focusing on the pain points and highlighting the things we were already doing well.  Sherild truly excels at presenting an objective view and plan based on the assessment of the organization and project needs.  Even in delicate situations, the feedback was professional and managed positively with a focus on outcomes.  She is able to convert negative comments into an opportunity for improvement by validating.  Her innate understanding of collaboration and teamwork bring the agile values and principles to life for everyone. 

I had the pleasure of working with Sherild during a critical transition for our development team. We are a multi-generational group with a wide range of experience levels, which can make adopting new methodologies a challenge. Sherild didn’t just 'teach' us Scrum; she tailored the implementation to meet our specific needs.

What impressed me most was her ability to bridge the gap between our veteran developers and our newer team members. She ensured that our push for speed and efficiency never came at the expense of code quality. Thanks to Sherild’s guidance, we’ve seen a significant increase in our velocity, but more importantly, a renewed commitment to excellence and a more cohesive team culture.
