Journey
My professional journey began in technical roles and evolved into leadership, transformation, and coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries including healthcare, finance, insurance, manufacturing, and technology.
I’ve partnered with executives, entrepreneurs, and teams through Agile transformations, organizational change, and leadership development initiatives. This experience allows me to coach with context — understanding systems, people, and the realities of leading change.
